Refund Policy

By placing an order on ServerBoost Growth, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Delivery depends on real-time provider availability and Discord server settings; partial or delayed delivery is possible and is not grounds for a refund.
• Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Submit your transaction ID only after the network confirms your transfer.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by you deleting, banning, or restricting access to your Discord server after an order is placed.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversals will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to payment networks.

What we will do

While we do not issue refunds, we do stand behind our work. If a delivery fully fails on the provider side, contact support and we'll work to retry the order or apply a one-time credit toward a future purchase at our sole discretion.
