We collect only the data needed to fulfill your order: email, Discord username, server invite, server name and guild id, package details, payment reference, and any messages you send to support.

Order data, API call logs, and webhook events are stored securely and accessible only to staff. Provider API keys and admin credentials are kept in encrypted server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser.

We do not sell your data. You can request deletion of your account and orders by contacting support.
